Piercings:
Since I can’t talk about tattoos (I have none)
I have the boring lobes that I got pierced for my 5th or 6th birthday, I had aquamarine studs (my birthstone) forever. I don’t really wear earrings that often in them anymore for some reason. I should start. But the thing is I can’t wear fake jewelry or my ears itch so I guess that’s why I haven’t worn them actually lol. I just answered myself.
When I was 15 I kept bugging my step mom to let me get an industrial, so on my 16th birthday I got that. I was fine until I got in the tattoo parlor and had to sign that form that says all the bad stuff like “possible hepatitis or AIDS” then I was a tad freaked out. But anyways, the stupid girl pierced the top whole through the very edge of my skin that wasn’t even cartilage… so it ripped out and I had to go back and get it pierced… again. That was fun.
Then I got sick of the industrial (Now I wish I hadn’t) but I took the bar out and kept the second lower hole and now I don’t have a top one. So it looks like I just have my cartilage pierced.
I got my rook pierced and was worried that it would hurt a lot since it goes through a lot of cartilage so I had this huuuge tattooed man I didn’t know hold my hand when she put the needle through… It didn’t even hurt.
I always think that piercings will hurt and then they never do. I guess I have a high pain tolerance.
The second to last thing I got pierced was my lip. I went to this really sketchy place and was horrified that they would have dirty needles, but it was 25 dollars so I did it anyway. I had it for a total of 4 days (I didn’t sleep at home because I was afraid my dad would make me take it out) and to no surprise, I went home and….. my dad made me take it out. It closed up that day. I had a stud and the girl pierced it a little too far down than what I wanted so I wasn’t incredibly mad for having to take it out, but just the simple fact that my dad told me “No,” that’s what got to me. I don’t like to be told not to do things…
January 12th was when I got the last piercing I have. I got my lip pierced again. HA. My parents were away in florida and I was leaving for school sooo I went and got it done again. Woop. I got a hoop this time and the hole is literally right at my edge line, where I wanted it to begin with. The hoop is so much easier to deal with. It’s annoying that the ring is a size too big right now but I’m just waiting to change it to a smaller one while it heals. When I had the stud, they have to give you a bar that’s a little to big so you can clean it and let me tell you, man does it hurt like a bitch if you accidentally bite that on the inside. it was just a really awkward piercing so, if you get your lip pierced, the ring is the way to go.

I want an earring like this. In fact, I want to get a new piercing.
